Kimberly Somerholter Moros is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with 26 years of distinguished service, including seven pivotal years at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). She is a recognized expert in crisis
planning, strategic communications, and connecting others. Her expertise was honed during her time at USSOCOM, where she developed and implemented a strategic program placing transitioning service members at the core of business and national security opportunities. She has also served as a guest instructor at NATO School, specializing in diplomacy, information operations, and public affairs.

Currently, as a Strategic Design Advisor at Iron Eagle X, Kimberly leads enterprise-wide design innovation and performance initiatives supporting key government stakeholders. Her leadership roles have been instrumental in shaping the international engagement strategies for Madison Springfield Incorporated. She fostered high-level relationships across 28+ international military entities and coordinated flagship conferences like Special Operations Forces (SOF) WEEK and other Commander-led Conferences.

Kimberly’s pioneering work in veteran transition began during her military career and culminated in her instrumental role in developing the United States Special Operations Command Career Transition Program—a program that was later adopted across the Department of Defense. She is now leveraging her expertise through JEM Performance Solutions, offering coaching strategies for clients to reach their peak performance, and she is an active member of The Policy Circle.
