Registration is open for the 2018 Circle Leadership Summit

By The Policy Circle Team

Look for your Summit Invitation packet in the mail this week!  Registration is now open for the Policy Circle Leadership Summit September 6th and 7th in Chicago.  Visit the Summit splash registration page to see the updated list of speakers:  https://2018policycircle.splashthat.com/.

The focus of this year’s Summit is the intersection of Leadership and Public Policy, because being at ease with discussing the impact of public policy in our lives solidifies our leadership skills.  The summit will kick off on Thursday with a reception in Wrigleyville and a discussion on baseball, music and entrepreneurship. On Friday, the morning will be focused on developing a workforce ready to work, initiate and innovate.

The day will also include interactive workshops to hone leadership skills on the Language of Influence and the Power of One – how each of us can be effective on a public service board or commission and how to Mobilize a Community to curb bureaucratic overreach.

“Attending the 2017 Summit and meeting so many women who had found different ways to get involved in policy,  I left energized and absolutely believing one person can make a difference.  I am so looking forward to the 2018 Summit!” – Mary, Policy Circle Leader, Illinois

It’s a movement!

Recommend a Circle Leader.  Especially in Georgia, California, Wisconsin, and Michigan, Kansas and Arizona where circles are sprouting.

Start a Circle in your community. Your community may be your profession or your neighborhood, or both. Grow professionally, The Policy Circle is a simple way to practice the language of leaders with the facts and the space to be at ease with weighing in on the impact of policy.

Invest in The Policy Circle. Together let’s build a network of women who want to be part of the dialogue on the impact of policy in their lives.

The Policy Circle is a 501(c)3 that provides a fact-based, nonpartisan framework built to inspire women living in the same community to connect, learn about and discuss economic policies that impact their lives.  Women across the nation are taking a leadership role in the public policy dialogue on what human creativity can accomplish in an open economy.
