It Starts with a Conversation {Video}

Starting a conversation to change the conversation. A Policy Circle conversation blossoms into something transformative. That “something” feels unique to each of us. That something is confidence. When we have confidence in our abilities to facilitate a civil discourse on the impact of policy, we have presence.  When we have presence, we become influencers in our world. Our world can be our family, our business, philanthropy, or our community.  That’s the value of that being part of The Policy Circle brings.

A circle starts with a conversation among three women, who then each invite a woman. Then six women join the next conversation and each invite someone, growing to a full circle of 12 women. Together, we started 114 circles in 24 states.  Let’s continue to spread the word and reach 20 circles in each state. The Policy Circle’s latest video, from founders Sylvie Légère, Angela Braly and Kathy Hubbard shares the inspiration behind the organization’s beginnings and how Policy Circle members are building their confidence to become influencers in  the public policy dialogue.

With your help, we can achieve our goal by spreading the word and sharing this video to encourage women in your sphere of influence to experience a transformation by starting their own Policy Circle.

It’s a movement!

Invest in The Policy Circle. Together let’s build a network of women who want to assume their civic duties and understand the impact of policy in their lives.

The Policy Circle is a 501(c)3 that provides a fact-based, nonpartisan framework that inspires women living in the same community to connect, learn about and discuss public policies that impact their lives.  Women across the nation are taking a leadership role in public policy dialogue on what human creativity can accomplish in a free market economy.
