The Policy Circle is pleased to announce that Cyndi Gula, Founder of Tenable Network Security, has joined the principal speakers list at the The Policy Circle’s 4th Annual Leadership Summit, taking place in Chicago on November 15th, 2019.
Gula is a cyber start-up operations expert. She has started and run licensing, human resources, legal, facilities, procurement, accounting, marketing, channel, support and sales operations for both Tenable Network Security, which went public on the NASDAQ in 2018, and Network Security Wizards, where she was President.
Now as Managing Partner at Gula Tech Adventures, Gula is helping cyber portfolio companies scale and make important decisions about their organizational structure, facilities, customer support, recruiting strategy, culture, and aligning processes to succeed. She also supports a variety of national cyber programs and non-profits focused on cyber policy, training and economic development.
Gula brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to The Policy Circle Summit stage, and will interview Admiral Mike Rogers, Former Commander, U.S. Cyber Command/Director, National Security Agency. Together, they will discuss the role of government, business, and legislators in protecting privacy.
Gula currently lives in Howard County, Maryland with her family and stays active with her The Policy Circle members. She was appointed to the Howard County Economic Development Board where she’s able to help local companies grow and prosper. Gula and Ron are also active in their local community, using their entrepreneurial knowledge and philanthropic spirit to support local businesses and start-ups. She has a Bachelor of Science in Glass Engineering from Alfred University.
