Circle Leadership Series: How to Effectively Facilitate Virtual Meetings on Zoom

Thank you for joining The Policy Circle for our Circle Leadership Series: How to Facilitate Effective Zoom Meetings with Jenifer Sarver. If you weren’t able to join us, please watch the video of the discussion below:

Whether you’re used to video conferences or the virtual realm is new and intimidating, these are the tips to remember when facilitating a virtual discussion. Find tip sheets to have ready for your virtual meeting below:

You can also find all of The Policy Circle’s Virtual Programming here. It’s easy to set up your virtual circle meeting! Access your circle page from the blue sidebar on The Policy Circle website. When creating an event on your circle page, select “virtual meeting” instead of “circle discussion.” This allows you to include a website link, such as a Zoom join url, so your circle members will have access to join your online meeting. Then continue to create your event as you normally would.

Have questions about hosting your first virtual Circle meeting? Contact Judi, jwillard@thepolicycircle.org, who can guide you through the process.
