From CLER to Elected Office:
Dawn Lang was invited by a friend to join The Policy Circle in 2019. Now, she credits The Policy Circle’s CLER Program with providing her with the framework and policy knowledge she needed to run for the School Board in her hometown of Fishers, Indiana. Dawn, who graduated from CLER 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0, won her school board election in 2022.
