Start A Circle

Thank you for considering starting your own Policy Circle! Empowering women through meaningful conversation is a pillar of The Policy Circle. Supported by in-depth policy briefs, Circle members use the roundtable framework to learn, develop and strengthen their voices on some of the biggest challenges we face. Our Circle Leaders are the fuel behind this movement. While it is neither difficult nor overwhelming it will take commitment on your part to make your Policy Circle thrive and be impactful.

Are you ready?

The four expectations of a Circle Leader are:

  1. Schedule an orientation meeting with a Policy Circle team member to learn The Policy Circle roundtable discussion model
  2. Kick off your circle by hosting your inaugural conversation within your first 45 days as a leader.
  3. Host five conversations a year with at least two other women.
  4. Post a recap of your conversations to your Policy Circle page.
